With so many parcels being delivered to the roughly 1,000 residents at Urban Edge, our entrances have become cluttered and finding a safe place for them to be left has become a real problem. Australia Post operates parcel lockers nearby in The Village Centre (Lower Level near the toilets), but these do not cater to deliveries from other couriers such as Amazon.

The Committee has been investigating installing parcel lockers for the exclusive use of Urban Edge residents as a way to securely receive parcels from many different couriers, while also keeping our common areas free of piles of deliveries.

This project is currently paused while the Committee reviews the budget and spending priorities. We hope to resume in the 2025-2026 financial year (October-September).
