Resident Parking Form

Residents must advise the Body Corporate of the details of any registered vehicles belonging to them that do or may park at Urban Edge. 

Why? Unfortunately there is an ongoing problem with residents, visitors, and others such as QUT visitors parking in areas of Urban Edge that block access to facilities, car parks, driveway and pedestrian access. The Body Corporate now has the ability to tow vehicles, however, we need to identify who is a genuine resident or visitor so our Building Manager  only takes action against  those who should not be parked at Urban Edge or are parked where they should not be.

By-law 7 authorises the collection of this information.

Please complete the form below for each vehicle. If you sell a vehicle or leave Urban Edge, please email our Building Manager and they will update the register.
