Our Committee
The Body Corporate Committee is a group of volunteer owners or their representatives elected to oversee the management of the complex on behalf of all lot owners. The committee meets formally four times a year, and participates in general meetings. We also discuss matters as required between meetings. Day-to-day management is carried out by the Building Manager or Body Corporate Manager under the committee’s direction.
